*Ready to Ship units will ship within 1-3 business days after purchasing. It will take an additional 3-5 business days to receive your unit.

*Pre Order units will take 15-21 business days for processing then will take an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.

*For custom wig orders you will need to only measure the circumference of your head.

All wigs are made with 5*5 HD Lace Closures.

*All closure wigs can be worn glueless.

Bundles/Closure

*It will take 5-7 business days for pre order bundle orders to be fulfilled then it will take an additional 3-5 business days to receive your items. It will take 7-14 business days for pre order closures to be fulfilled then it will take an additional 3-5 business days to receive your items.

Wig Sizes

*We offer Small(21-21.5),Medium (22-22.5),Large(23-23.5)

*Please measure the circumference of your head correctly to ensure the wig fits properly.

Refunds/Exchanges

*We do not accept any refunds or exchanges unless the problem was on our end.

Shipping Policy

*Once items are in possession of the shipping company we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You will have to contact your local post office to resolve any issues.

*Please make sure email is correct, this is where you will be receiving your tracking number. Also please ensure your home address is correct as well.
